Seapine License Server 2013 and later supports integration with external authentication systems, which means you can create plug-ins and custom web components to allow users to log in to Seapine products using credentials for the authentication system you already use. The new web-based external authentication integration help includes information about the API available for creating plug-ins for Surround SCM and TestTrack native client integrations and the function calls needed to configure custom authentication components for TestTrack web client integrations.

After you have all the components you need to integrate your external authentication system with Seapine products, refer to the Seapine License Server Admin Guide for information about installing them and enabling external authentication.
