A double clickwheel with cheese

Yesterday I got forwarded this video no fewer than six times. Strangely enough I didn’t see the part where they talked about it during the Macworld keynote. Maybe that’s because I haven’t watched the keynote. Or perhaps because it is fake, either way.

But why stop at fake funny when you can stop at real funny? No good reason if you ask me. This one is a two parter thanks to YouTube shenanigans and the fact that its awesomeness couldn’t be contained in a single video.

I grew up on the mean cul-du-sacs of Troy, Ohio, USA. I first started "programming" at the age of five on an Atari 400 when I used BASIC to draw an ASCII picture of robot with wheels on his feet. Why the emphasis on feet with wheels? At the time it was a big deal, I didn't have wheels on my feet which forced me to walk everywhere. I would have been so much cooler to just skate around. Since then I've gone on to work on all manners of different technologies, but rest assured if I ever write another robot program he won't just be walking around. Perhaps some tank treads...

    I think that the next time you do a “how to” post, you need to do it in an 80′s rap theme…
